At Cerberus Tech, we take precautions to protect your data, but data loss can still happen. You are responsible for backing up your data before handing over your device. We're not liable for data loss, corruption, lost files, software issues, or related damages. Regular backups are a must - by authorizing repair, you acknowledge this risk.
Cerberus Tech's liability for damages is limited to the amount paid for repair services. We're not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages, lost profits, data, business, or damages exceeding the service fee. By authorizing repair, you acknowledge this limitation.
Cerberus Tech warrants repairs for 30 days from service completion. If the same issue recurs, we'll repair it at no charge. This warranty doesn't cover damage from external causes (e.g., accidents, misuse), software issues, viruses, or non-supplied parts. Contact us within 30 days to make a claim. Your remedy is repair or redo at our discretion.
You confirm you are the owner or authorized user of the device, and grant Cerberus Tech permission to diagnose, repair, and test my device. I understand data backup is my responsibility, repairs may void warranties or cause data loss, and Cerberus Tech's liability is limited as per our disclaimers.
Cerberus Tech may provide software as part of repairs, subject to third-party licenses. We don't guarantee compatibility, functionality, security, or suitability.
Cerberus Tech isn't liable for damage caused by third-party vendors, suppliers, or manufacturers, including parts, software, or services they provide.
I understand and agree that if I fail to claim my device within 30 days after repair completion, it may be considered abandoned. Cerberus Tech will attempt to contact me once repairs are complete. If the device remains unclaimed after 60 days, ownership will transfer to Cerberus Tech, and we may dispose of the equipment as deemed fit, in accordance with applicable laws.
